Users:
This website is for the sole use of University of Hull students and staff members who have been required to use this service to submit timesheets. Many temporary staff members at the University of Hull are not required to use this service. Check with your line manager if you are unsure. This service is not for use by any individual outside of the University of Hull.
Safety and Prohibited Activities:
You agree to use this website in a safe and responsible manner. You will not use this website to harm, threaten, or harass others, or to engage in any activity that is prohibited, illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others.
Specific prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Uploading or sharing dangerous, malicious or otherwise illegal files, or uploading files that are not valid timesheets;
- Submitting misleading, false, fake or fraudulent entries, including entries that claim for time that was not worked by you or claim for time you have already claimed elsewhere;
- Submitting misleading, false, fake or fraudulent timesheets, including timesheets that claim for time that was not worked by you or claim for time you have already claimed elsewhere;
- Using a name, email address, contract number or other personal detail or details other than your own;
- Sharing your account with someone else, or accessing or using an account that is not owned by yourself;
- Sharing screenshots, photographs or other copies of the web pages or data displayed on or accessible via the website, other than as absolutely necessary for the performance of your duties;
- Engaging in, arranging, participating in or facilitating attacks, penetration testing or security evaluation activities against the website, its servers, its users or its data; including, but not limited to, DoS and DDoS, SQL injection, phishing, malware, web scraping or any other attacks or activities that could harm, restrict or undermine the website, the servers, the data or the users.
- Copying, using, re-using or allowing to be used, whether modified or not, the website data, HTML, code (including JavaScript), CSS or other files.

The security of this website and your personal information is taken seriously. Reasonable technical and administrative measures are taken to protect against the unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal information that is collect and maintained.
